Meeting the Feed in Tariff Requirements

New legislation states that properties can only receive the full revised feed in tariff if they achieve an EPC rating of D or above. IRTs latest product the Carbon Diet Plan assesses your property automatically using SAP and SBEM calculations the software automatically calculates the requirements to achieve a D energy rating creating an easy to understand report. The user can specify which EPC rating they would like to achieve or select a target energy spend per annum. In addition to all of this the software can produce an estimated ROI for each measure along with projected savings over a number of years in terms of kWh, CO2 and Money.
